Refund policy
Little Em & Co offers a full refund or replacement on faulty and defective items or any item(s) that have been damaged in transit. You must contact Little Em & Co within 7 days of receiving your item and evidence must be provided of the fault. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged we ask that you please send photos of the damaged item(s) and also photos of the packaging they arrived in. Without these photos we will not be able to start the refund/replacement process. Faulty items do not include differences in wood grain or texture on the timber.
If your custom order arrives with incorrect information or spelling, first please check your original order and ensure the information was entered correctly. If you have checked your order and have received an item that does not match what you entered, we are sorry mistakes do happen, please contact us immediately and will send you a replacement ASAP or offer you full refund.
Little Em & Co can not offer refunds and replacements if the customer:
- simply changes their mind
- decides they do not like the purchase
- decides they have no use for it
- damages the goods by not handling carefully
- enters any personalisation information incorrectly
